And you meant to install a strip of windows in the wall between the office and the living room?
Either a strip of windows or a narrow window next to the door – our “branch office” only has offices with window surfaces facing the interior, so everything is glazed inward. Only the doors are opaque. If you need quiet, use a blind. You'll manage the air situation, too. I mean, you’re not going to lock yourself in there for days, right? Usually, the door is open anyway. Otherwise, make a window that you can open.

But the strip of windows has to come from the living room since the garage is on the outer wall.
