I personally can only advise against it. We did it once and received offers from Hinz & Kunz... Especially when painting, I wouldn't do the wallpapering myself if I haven't done it dozens of times before. Filling and sanding is no problem. Gluing textured wallpaper (with structure) is still doable, but a smooth fleece? It might stick to the walls, but to the ceiling? For inexperienced people? I think you'll get annoyed... And I say that as a hobby wallpaper pro. We also have parts of our house painted: 250m2 of ceiling area including slopes and 120m2 of wall area in the gallery: everything from 7k to 12k was offered: - Fill, sand, prime all ceilings, wallpaper with fleece, paint white, acrylic edges - Fill, sand, prime all walls, wallpaper with patterned wallpaper Sounds ridiculously expensive at first, but the painter is fully occupied for a whole month. How long would we need to do it ourselves? Especially since ceilings with increased room height are really ungrateful, not to mention the gallery with scaffolding...
