Reduce painting costs. Suggestions?

The intended use of such a spray device is indeed limited. For 1-2 rooms, which in the worst case are already furnished... never. However, large parts of a new building are to be coated with the same color, both ceiling and walls. Either there is no floor installed at that time, or it is fully covered with fleece blankets or similar. The only other thing that needs to be masked are the windows, otherwise there is nothing in the rooms yet.

What you tape off as a layman (e.g., baseboards on our Jura basement stairs), the professional doesn’t tape off. That’s what it meant so simply. Not even the wooden windows were taped off to my dismay. A few splatters were then on the glass, of course, but those had to be taken care of with the final cleaning. The OP wanted to help tape off, but there’s nothing to be helped there!

Unfortunately, it is not exactly a "reference," so it is only conditionally suitable. Other devices, let's say from "control pro 350" upwards, are then in a different league. The "spray mist" to be inhaled should then no longer be an issue...
