Fantasy measurements lead to botched bags and/or to the stone saw being turned on unnecessarily often. When finding the floor plan, the motto "Ratzfatz" seems to have been issued to me. One can also overestimate the savings effect of the rectangle. Maybe @Würfel is in the mood for crafting, since unfortunately Katja was pushed out :-(

It would be extremely helpful if a (vorhandenes?) building envelope were known. Perhaps it would be better to plan 10 x 9 m² instead of 12 x 7.5 m². But perhaps that is not even desired.

Ok, I'll try to address this chronologically.

/ - correct, dryer/washing machine in the utility room. Exact position not yet defined.

Which furniture do you think is not correctly indicated? I thought I had paid attention to that. Regarding the bathroom, I agree with you.
So far, we haven't come up with anything better for the current positioning. In a previous draft, the entrance was where the shower is now. This, in turn, was where the small storage room is. I didn't like that either. Do you mean more windows in the gallery?

/

Admittedly, the draft certainly won't win an innovation award. But that was not the point. The building envelope is
property dimensions minus 3 meters all around. So 24x12.8m. Since we would like to have our terrace behind the house
to the west due to the orientation. That is also the reason why we ended up with the rectangle. This was
not primarily a financial decision. The suggestion actually came from the builder. What would be, from your perspective ,
a reasonable size for the mason?

Hope I have addressed all points. If not – please point them out to me again.

Thanks!

Then hopefully you make a laundry chute from the [BAD] to the utility room, because carrying the dirty laundry across the living and kitchen area wouldn't be my thing.

Well, always exactly the standard measure – for example, the windows 88.5 instead of 90 cm wide, the front door 176 instead of 173.5 or the wall sections 136.5 instead of 140 or 161.5 instead of 158.5 cm and so on (here almost everywhere the standard measure is deviated from). But first find a sensible framework for the outer dimensions. The systematics are still wrong here (building window minus terrace equals house) – the tail is wagging the dog. But at least you are playing this game "only" with the terrace – in many cases I usually read the garage as the boss here.

In my opinion, the table doesn’t fit in this size, too bulky, also the sofa in this size and orientation, from which you would directly look into the hallway at the end. If you also draw a proper coffee table, you might see even better where it pinches. THAT should be figured out by a planner....... they should definitely put more effort into it and sensibly implement your preferences in the planning. I find the windows on the ground floor bring too little light. Living room wall none, long side some, and kitchen also some. Not open upwards, so it could feel a bit cramped. And why not? Of course, if you build once, you should get something that you really like; you have to allow that much time!!!
