If someone goes there, they can take pictures of these dog houses/shoe boxes/toilet dwellings. I would be interested to see what they look like.

So if they are the ones in Hagau from Baustolz then drive there if you have time...

About 15 very narrow terraced houses Valencia and a few larger better laid out ones of the type Sevilla. But all stand directly on the main road, the garden is at the back but still. And especially the ones of the type Valencia which I called living coffins disgust me so much. Kitchen is 6 sqm...

So many of them next to each other (26 in total)... each 5 or 6 m wide then the next comes...

When I saw them I spontaneously thought that I would rather stay renting.

Sorry, but I unfortunately didn’t understand this comment.

Of course a terraced house has a kitchen?

125sqm plus basement (technology + storage + hobby) is not so bad now. Just walk through the current new housing developments, the 0-8-15 city villa with 120sqm including technology room is encountered more often nowadays than you might think. You can be happy in it too. That there are windows only at the front and back is inherent to the nature of a terraced house, and that automatically results in the tube-like layout, because all rooms are supposed to have daylight. What bothers me (as mentioned earlier) is the unchangeable appearance/layout. When you build, you want to realize yourself, emphasize things that are important to you, reduce unimportant features. That’s how individuality arises. But that doesn’t work with these terraced houses; you take it as it is, as if you were just renting. Even if you want to change only the facade color, the community has to agree.

Thank you, for the link. I had already read the construction service description. As already mentioned, the painting work and floor coverings are optional, meaning they are to be done by the builder.

I'll put it this way: the houses are already very maxed out in size for 4 people. You have to make do with a 90 x 90 shower or a 175 x 70 tub. Of course, the bathroom can also become a point of contention for 4 people. One of many desired kitchen islands will not be available. A parking space in front of the carport is also suboptimal. However, there is an attic that may potentially be expandable and a basement that eases many things again. But the expansion also impacts the budget.

Since I don't know the prices with you, I cannot estimate the value of the property. I also don't know about alternatives or the resale value.

Good luck with your decision.
