The Immoscout states:
BAUSTOLZ is building 26 terraced houses (according to WEG) of the Valencia and Sevilla types for you, with living spaces of approximately 115 m² to 140 m², 5 rooms, a basement, beautiful garden areas, carport and outdoor parking space at unbeatable all-inclusive prices.

It could be the project... the description fits more or less.

Directly in [IN] you probably had to pay another 200k for something similar.

Interesting find. Hagau is, however, much closer to Ingolstadt than mentioned by the OP.

Of course, 500000 is way too much for a terraced house.. But unfortunately not in the [Ingolstadt] area. You won't find anything cheaper at the moment.

Take a close look at the construction service description! The painting and flooring work are optional! That means they are NOT included.

The electrical work could be a bit better, but what is included is okay - there are worse ones.

This is a developer house. You don't have to pay additional construction costs, that is included.

I wouldn't have any problems with the special usage rights. That's just how it is when the plots of land are not large enough for a single-family house.

But you can be happy there.

But have you ever looked at these tight things? If this object really is that, it wouldn't be for me unless it's one of the houses on the edge ... the gardens are even smaller than towels, that doesn't have much to do with home ownership anymore

In IN from about 1.2 million, if it should be new, that's a whole different ball game. You have to be a bit willing to compromise.
