If the location suits you, I don’t find it too expensive. You probably already know that Ingolstadt is expensive. IIRC the second highest household income in Germany after Starnberg. We are at a similar income level here and an unrenovated mid-terrace house from the 60s of similar size but with a good location in the city is supposed to cost 500k. You would then invest another 200-300k... Land price around 1000€/sqm. I would seriously consider your property in that case. It would only get cheaper if Audi completely goes downhill because of the diesel scandal and missed opportunities in e-mobility. And I wouldn’t bet on that.

I also find it rather reasonable when everything is included.

Ok, so if really everything is completely included and you can practically move in right away with your furniture and weekly groceries, then it is probably to be accepted for the region. Because filling/painting work is also a very large cost factor. Then you just have to be clear whether you want that, because some people experience living in a terraced house like living in a city apartment. This "we have built" spirit sometimes doesn’t really come through there, as you can hardly incorporate your own wishes and dreams. Neither now nor in the future.

Ingo city is my black hole when it comes to prices. I guess I really have to fill it.

But when I look towards ND, it seems OK to me. And the prices in IN have little in common with MUC. Audi already messes everything up there themselves.

The WEG split for the terraced houses is suboptimal. One should take a closer look at what’s in there.

No, it is not a vertical condominium, but to be seen like a semi-detached house.

Ok, but how do you then come to the statement "plot as a special usage right with approx. 295 m²"?

I only know special usage rights from condominium structures... or is it a leasehold or something similar?
