Again regarding the heating, since we still have a building savings contract that will be ready for allocation in 2 years with a savings amount of €25,000, the heating system would already be largely covered by it! Since the house is already a low-energy house, initial research suggests it should be sufficient to replace the radiators with low-temperature radiators, which would also make a heat pump possible. It is not due yet and I still have plenty of time to think about it, who knows what our Green government will pull out of the hat! I always wonder where all the electricity is supposed to come from, but let's leave it at that, otherwise it would get too political!
As someone who has just moved out of a new building with a heat pump, temporarily into a poorly insulated old building with an oil heating system: I would not put off renewing the heating system for too long. We were lucky that there was still some left in the tank here (and in family possession). We then reordered the rest in summer to get to about 3000L for one heating period, if we were lucky.
If the tank had been empty and we had to buy 3000L, we would have ended up paying €4650. That is almost €400 per month for heating oil, and that is not necessarily enough for a year.
