The tax class shuffle ultimately brings exactly "nothing." The tax burden is as high as it is. Period.

Does this thing have a basement?

Yes, the house is fully basemented + with a large double garage

It also doesn’t bring anything tax-wise, but it does help for the calculation of parental allowance! But let's not get hung up on that; it shouldn't fail over 150 euros more or less!

Summarized again with a €1800 rate and €450 NK including electricity plus all expenses such as insurance, car, phone, etc., I come to a monthly total of €2779. Remaining for living expenses, fuel, and savings formation with 2 salaries: approximately €2300. With one salary plus parental allowance split over 2 years: approximately €1400. With one salary plus parental allowance over 1 year: approximately €2000.

That is 100% true, the tax burden remains the same. However, the basis for calculating parental allowance is 67% of the average monthly net income of the last 12 months (at least that was the case a few years ago), so there is more income there without disadvantages.

Be careful, there is still an upper limit.

if you can keep up with the rate, then it seems to fit. At the beginning of the thread this was briefly doubted, but in the end you know the numbers in the contracts.

PS: 450 all incl. seems quite tight for a single-family house. Don’t forget maintenance reserves of 1.5 to 3 euros per sqm and month.

It has absolutely nothing to do with the income tax to be paid. It is purely about getting higher parental allowance by adjusting the calculation basis.
