Interhyp is just as good as the banks they mediate for - you do benefit somewhat from the experience. There are no additional costs at first - the gentlemen are paid by the banks they mediate.

€50,000?? :(
How do you still come up with such a high amount??
I had already listed all positions mentioned by the architect under #10....
Which positions should then amount to another €50,000??
Or what information do you still need for a more precise statement??
€245,000 house including architect (see #10)
€95,000 land (see #10)
€5,000 additional incidental costs
€30,000 interior furnishings + possible exterior work done in-house

Now you're kind of scaring me.... o_O:eek:

+ -! How do I come to that? Because I assume you have forgotten your incidental construction costs, and the exterior facilities are completely missing, which now probably come to 5,000.

Sorry, but over 5 pages you are asked questions here and I don't know that you have answered any of them or asked for clarifications correctly.

That's good – because then you probably have to put in some overtime over the holidays for your calculation to check if all items are listed. Because it can get very tight!

Easter greetings

How big the house is, I still haven't found out...

An architect-designed house is not a fixed-price offer - these are (as already mentioned) all estimates based on the experiences of past construction projects.

At first glance, much too conservatively calculated and above all you should move away from the idea that the costs will remain the same.

Are additional costs for land purchase & financing included?

We are also building with an architect and many estimates matched the previous offers or were undercut.

Unfortunately not for the shell construction - depending on the offer, there are 20,000 to 60,000 euros more on the paper. I think that’s when you’d really start feeling bad :D
