I would have to calculate this first.... But I estimate that I should be able to manage with €5000, right?

We don't know how big the driveway will be. Quite a bit also has to be done on the property. I think that with simple paving stones, the €5000 will barely be enough for your own driveway, but not for the narrow access strip, terrace, gravel around the house and garden, if that is done.
Maybe you could refer back to #15 again?

The largest part of the driveway is unfortunately not completely known yet. The costs will be shared with the neighbor, as the driveway will be for both.

I am not sure if it is normal for an architect to list the costs as well. But in our case, they were included....

However, my basic questions were different: 1. What do you think of my project?? Realistic? 2. Which agents with a good reputation could and should I contact beforehand?? 3. What experiences have you had with Interhyp?? 4. Furthermore, the offer includes a special repayment option of a maximum of 5% annually. If I use this, will my monthly payment decrease or will the term just be shortened??

But thank you anyway for all the important advice and tips!!

Hello,

Apart from the services the architect owes you — does he or the structural engineer he commissioned owe you the warranty? — you will find numerous items in the list of ancillary building costs that are missing from your previous listing or are accounted for with far too little money.

How much house do you get for €245,000 if a steel harp staircase is already owed as standard?

Easter greetings

This answer is hard to give if it’s not clear to us whether all the items that make up a house construction have been considered.

As it reads, some items seem to be missing, which could amount to around ±€50,000 in total.

Easter greetings :)

Edit: deleted a wrong zero ;)
