You should have received the notification of conveyance from the notary, right? Have you called the cadastral office to check if the map might be available by now?
But how is that supposed to work? The priority notice of conveyance must be recorded in the land register and new parcel numbers must be assigned for each of the new subdivided plots and each must have its own land register sheet, right? Or am I mistaken?
The priority notice of conveyance is apparently already done. Even if there is not yet a "new" cadastral map and measurement of the property. It is noted here: Mrs. D.S. and Mr. xy will buy this property, for which unfortunately there is no new cadastral designation yet. Any further sales attempt by imaxx is thus prevented. That is the purpose of this notice. Karsten
