What kind of notary is that? You as buyers chose him! Before issuing the payment request, he must have ensured that all conditions for the transfer of ownership are met. He only sends invoices for his fees. A mere call from imaxx that the surveyor is now finished is not enough. He needs to see the map. Karsten

they probably have the survey data available and have created the invoice based on that.

The notary was commissioned by Imaxx. Nevertheless, he must also act in our interest. I will definitely send him an email as well.

By the way, I already live in my house, but the official survey is not yet available. For my bank, that was not a problem. But as I said, I first took care of the financing, and once that was signed, I signed the purchase agreement.

What do you mean willo? Is your property unmeasured, meaning it has neither boundaries nor a district designation? Or has the building on it not yet been surveyed? K
