Hello,
I am also active in this development area and I have the preliminary draft of the notary contract.
At that time, we were asked before the final preparation of the notary contract whether we wanted to include a burden authorization in the contract, which made it possible to "reserve" a mortgage for the financing bank even without the land register and property map being available.
Since we are paying for the property with our own funds, this was not necessary for us, but all other builders I know had no problems with this procedure and have already received the loan or it is on call.
Best regards!
