The property consists of many different parcels. The surveying of these was contractually agreed upon, but it does not state when it must be provided. The other buyers of these properties also do not yet have construction financing to pay for their properties, for exactly the same reason.

If the survey is guaranteed in the contract, payment can only be made once all conditions for the transfer of ownership are met. Or do you pay into the notary's escrow account? Clearance certificate from the tax office, waiver of right of first refusal by the city, encumbrance-free land, cadastral map with land boundaries included, priority notice of conveyance. Consultation with the notary is necessary. Karsten

That seems pretty clear to me: Only when it is officially surveyed can the size and thus the amount be finally determined. When it is officially surveyed, there must also be a map.

Yes, that's exactly how I see it too However, the notary has already sent out the invoices for the property.

My husband spoke with Imaxx today and they confirmed that everything is with the Office for Land Management, but the lady is on vacation until Tuesday and after that everything will be registered. We shouldn't worry, no delay costs will be incurred as long as we don't have financing yet.

I will now request this statement in writing. It's all too wishy-washy for me.

I do wonder, however, how the selling price is determined when the exact size of the plot is not yet defined (this requires the survey).
