Problems due to missing property map

I have one more question: our bank now says that they can make the money available within 2-3 weeks if they have the [Flurkarte] and an excerpt from the land register. Is the [Auflassungsvormerkung] then entered in the land register since we have not yet paid for the property, or how is this handled? Sorry, but this is all quite new to us. Thank you.

I found another paragraph in our notary contract. Do I understand correctly that these points must be fulfilled before the money has to be paid?

So they really can't issue the invoice without having fulfilled these points? I don't understand this notary. I have now written them an email. It's all very confusing......

The priority notice of conveyance has probably already been made. Even though there is not yet a "new" cadastral map and survey of the property. It is noted: Mrs. D.S. and Mr. xy will purchase this property, for which there unfortunately is no new plot designation yet. Any further sales attempt by imaxx is thereby prevented. That is the purpose of this notice. Karsten

Yes, if the three points are fulfilled. But none of the three have anything to do with a cadastral map for your specific property or its land registry existence.
