Problems due to missing property map

The priority notice of conveyance has probably already been made. Even though there is not yet a "new" cadastral map and survey of the property. It is noted: Mrs. D.S. and Mr. xy will purchase this property, for which there unfortunately is no new plot designation yet. Any further sales attempt by imaxx is thereby prevented. Yes, if the three points are fulfilled. But none of the three have anything to do with a cadastral map for your specific property or its land registry existence.
