I didn't even know there was a guild. The company also doesn't seem to be listed there as a member. So the chairman must be someone else... How does it usually work with them if I call tomorrow? And how should I best proceed with the electrician in the house now? I don't want him to continue working :/

Well, say what you want. First, stop, second, the journeyman no longer. Third, appointment with the boss please. Afterwards, call [Innung]. He must be in [Innung] as a master business. Or is it not a master business at all? But rather [Ali Özgü Hausmeisterservice]?

My partner told off the electrician this morning first thing. He now wants to fix everything. We are curious....

Then the emergency must really be serious.
This is simply a lack of basic attitude. I would be ashamed to deliver such work.

The issues from yesterday are still craftsmanship errors (grooves, alignment of switches and sockets) that you recognize as laymen. When it comes to proper wiring according to standards and the important things, you are out of your depth and no longer recognize the botch job.

But whatever, your decision.

The need is not that great... but the electrician has apparently acknowledged his mistakes and wants to make corrections.

I believe it is also regulated by law that corrections must be made first before anything else can happen.

I will take a look at it this week and then we will decide.
Chases can be plastered. But as you already say, with the correct wiring it obviously looks different...
For that, we can still look for another electrician....

Being a member of the guild is not mandatory, but the business must be registered in the crafts register at the Chamber of Crafts. So in case of further problems, you can try knocking there.
