Yes, a room book exists, but as I said, some things have been added. He did not assign it, I assigned it myself.

I see two possibilities here: a) you familiarize yourself with the subject and find out exactly what you still need and assign that to a capable electrician again or b) you look for an SI/electrician who examines the installation, determines the difference, and then finishes it. Depending on how much has already been done (scope), the price paid may be justified or not. The problem is: you absolutely need a functioning electrical system. Therefore, I would initially prioritize finishing the system.

It’s probably not much use if I refer to one of my mantras (which I just noticed I rarely use here), with village electricians you only do lamps and sockets – nothing beyond basic arithmetic :-(

They want to follow up on it and are demanding something in writing from me (invoices, etc.)

Right, my wife has her channel where she also earns income, the lighting conditions leave much to be desired and that’s because of the electrician.
