Prefabricated Garage vs. Self-Build

Last week it arrived. the Rekers prefabricated garage. 6*3m. 7800,- gross including everything, so foundation, installation with 1 swing gate and 1 side door and Rekers plaster. the thing does not look cheap. The plaster is slightly rough and quite thick. I am completely satisfied.

I had asked myself that too. It's probably cheaper, but I didn't even know that such things are still being installed...

What is that supposed to mean? Garages simply have swing doors. Or what is your term for that thing made of sheet steel that you open and swing over your head?

Well, in 2017 the majority of garages have a sectional door, so that nothing swings anymore. I know, in your eyes it's too much technology again, but swing doors are actually only seen on existing and quite old garages.

Hmm, I would never have thought of ordering something like that for such a small garage.... but to each their own, right?
