When someone has taken a shower, the humidity rises to >80%, but drops below 60% again within 30 minutes and returns to normal levels (40-45%) after an hour.
That alone is of course only good if condensation does not occur in the meantime, especially on the wall... then the joy will eventually end.
On the outside, of course, there needs to be proper insulation, I mean for kfw70 back then 16cm...
Calcium silicate brick for exterior walls requires a two-shell structure or ETICS. What did you use? With 16cm probably EPS? What kind of boards and plaster? I’m currently also thinking about building entirely with calcium silicate bricks, but with ETICS there are the usual little problems and we recently saw a ruined facade in a thread... additionally, we are building two stories with a flat roof in relative proximity to a forest - I’m really wondering if that will look good for long.
