Hello,
My husband and I are currently dealing with the big topic of house construction...
300,000 euros with a basement is very tight in my opinion - especially when you consider all the additional building costs (these also vary greatly from provider to provider, so BE CAREFUL!). You definitely can’t include the land costs in that..
In terms of quality, my husband and I have come to the conclusion that prefabricated houses are equivalent, maybe even better, because everything is produced in the factory and the house is not half-built on the construction site in wind and rain… Prefabricated houses are usually erected within 2-3 days.
But here too, CAUTION is advised. For example, it is important to us not to have any foil or similarly harmful materials in the walls, so we have now found a provider who is affordable and still meets high quality standards. (Of course, everyone has to decide that for themselves.)
Of course, there are bad apples in the prefabricated house market, but they can also be found in traditional construction. Here you just have to carefully match the services and included costs.
My husband and I are glad that we decided on a turnkey prefabricated house. Now we only have one contact person and don’t have to organize countless craftsmen or suppliers.
I hope I could help you a bit
