Plot selection in the new development area for single-family house - ranking

Sometimes things turn out differently than expected, and the considerations from the last few pages suddenly became obsolete on Wednesday. In the morning, a reservation was canceled, and in the afternoon we received a call that we were allowed to choose a free plot of land.

Number 20 (Flurstück 110) became available, so we didn’t have to hesitate long. One of our original favorites with a great orientation and location in the area as well as 456m² in size. It couldn’t have gone better – a bit of luck is always part of it.

nice to already find future neighbors here! Unfortunately, I currently seem to be unable to send or receive PMs - it's a shame that the forum operator blocks this even for long-time members.

We are still looking for the right architect before our planning really gets started. You probably still have to wait for your building partner for the second half, or how does it look for you?

Yes, that's exactly how it is, we are still waiting for the double half partner.
How do you estimate the future noise level of the feeder/B67? That still gives me or us a bit of a headache...
