How do you assess the future noise level of the feeder/B67, that still causes me or us a bit of concern...

Honestly, we don’t really worry too much about the noise of the feeder. There will definitely be a certain level of noise, that is clearly audible when you are on site. I assume, however, that people will get used to it quickly and how much the future development will dampen it, I find hard to assess. Of course, we would also prefer a residential area without the negative aspects (multi-family housing development, noise from the feeder), but realistically "there is always something." We have been waiting for so many years now and the prospect of more development areas is not exactly good. Therefore, we can quite well come to terms with the negative features.
