Perhaps you mean a gable roof on the 2nd full floor?
I found this on the municipality's website.

I had accessed the development plan weeks ago. Not anymore now, and from memory I thought that after the first (ground floor) a gable roof as an upper floor would be allowed. For time reasons, I am no longer checking the development plan.

Thank you for the additional information. I hadn’t even noticed that the city has meanwhile changed the representation of the permissible house types on both the website and in the exposé. Originally, there was a depiction stating that a gable roof would also be allowed over the second full floor. I may not have been the only one to inquire about this.

Now the three basic options are clear. Which ultimately is the most sensible variant for our space program will become apparent during the planning phase. In this context, it could possibly also be clarified by the architect whether a cross gable, a staggered shed roof, or other options would be possible.
