At number 1, I also don't see the double carport or the driveway from the north. According to the legend, at plot 11 you are allowed to go under 3 m towards the northern street, but not at plot 1. If I understood that correctly.
In general, a 6 m carport plus 3 m clearance area on the other side leads to a narrow house of about 7 to 7.5 m. But that should be doable. I cannot see how deep the building envelope is, and you haven't expressed how much house you want.
We had thought to place the carport and the driveway at the northern street corner. According to my understanding (though I am not an expert), you are allowed to build right on the boundary there again because it does not lie between the front building line and the street boundary line. Then the carport would be completely outside of the building envelope. But I would have also somehow assumed that as a matter of course. So thanks for the hint – I will ask the city again!! If that is not possible, the plot is definitely dead.
For the house, we are currently planning with a footprint of 8.5 x 11.5 meters. So the short side facing the street/east.
