Or you dig a pit under the carport. That doesn't save any space, but height. And if designed cleverly, you can also store apples, potatoes, etc. perfectly
That is currently the plan. It doesn't have to be an eternally deep hole. Using it as storage space is an interesting idea!
Regarding the carport: we are currently considering a smaller solution. Basically, a normal double carport, with one parking space converted into an enclosed workshop. That already saves us a bit, and we can realize that. Above all, the carport won’t be bigger than the house then ;)
For plot no. 1, the city indicated that we would get an exemption from the development plan for placement in the northern "corner." But I am increasingly worried about noise. Additionally, that restricts the placement of our windows in the bedrooms.
There are still smaller plots with a floor area ratio of 0.4 in the front part of the area. We are currently weighing which plot fits Zutuns best with a classic pros and cons list. Also regarding orientation. A woodland plot is nice and all, but if the west is underestimated because of it...
I will get in touch when there is news!
