We still have it like this, then there would be the sewing room for the lady, then we would have one more room in the basement again, guest or office. But actually the rooms are enough and I think the open space in the large cooking/dining/living area already makes a big difference. Otherwise, I think the ceiling might feel a bit oppressive. We have visible wooden ceiling and roof structure... I'm still a bit unsure how it will look up in the open space with the small and once large window.? South view. But it probably can't be done differently because of the roof of the veranda

Axis. Now I understand... would also be possible, although the toilet is somewhat under the slope. Knee wall ranges between 0.7-1.0 m. According to the development plan at about 0.7. However, the municipality has already indicated some willingness to adjust here.

I would omit the basement. The plots are large and relatively flat. A basement with living quality has the same price per square meter as above ground + earthworks, and it still remains a basement. Never as bright as above. The third bathroom is also omitted.

Recently, I saw a floor plan of Viebrockhaus. I found that interesting. For that, the dining room would have to be moved to children's room 2, the bathroom into the air space, and the walk-in closet into the gallery. All of this then space-optimized into a master suite.

Upper floor

I would leave out the airspace and the gallery. That could create the 3rd children's room. There is a lot of bustle in your house. Child 1 meets friends at 11 pm and child 3 wants to sleep.

I find the beds in the bedroom and the children's rooms are placed very far under the slant. I already hit my head just looking at it. Possibly make the roof a bit steeper.

Sewing room and guest can share a room. Later possibly swap with child 1.

On the ground floor, draw all the furniture to scale. Also the terrace. I don’t like the pantry. Small and looks like it was just thrown into the room. The cupboard corner in the living area looks like an appendage. Possibly combine the vestibule and wardrobe into one room.

And children's room 2 into the bathroom.
