I had to swallow briefly ... :cool:
Is that going to be a wooden house? Then only in Falu red. The rest almost doesn’t matter (to me)

Timber frame/with block infill on the outside, probably mixed with plaster.
At first, it was about the size of the rooms for a cost estimate.
Since we are living so nicely now and are weighing options between new build/extension
And pleeease a fireplace!
set... should be visible from 3 sides and slightly separate the kitchen from the living area.
20 sqm bathroom? :eek: You could still put a bed in there ... Or a (bath) couch/sofa, which also fits in kitchens.
I would install two showers with two faucets without an intermediate wall behind the washbasin.

Is that including everything or just for the house? If the latter, that would at least once again be one of the few somewhat realistic estimates here.Price estimate according to architect/planner: About 850
