Honestly, before starting the planning, I expected 800k all in. But now that the offers are slowly coming in, it’s becoming clear to me. It will be as you described, about 850k for the house and 150k to 200k for the land. Whereas, if I understand correctly, we might get about 60k repayment grant from KFW due to 55eeg and 2 residential units, if I also plan a kitchenette in the basement and a door to the stairwell. I would also do about 50k via sweat equity. Proud sums, we were far from that 9 years ago. Built similarly back then but 8.8 x 9.5 plus bay window.Is that inclusive of everything or just for the house? If the latter, that would at least be one of the few somewhat realistic estimates here again.
