What did criticize? Exactly: the long distance from the heating to the bathrooms. Hot water will take a long time to arrive.

I also think that the kitchen and dining area should be more openly accessible from the entrance.
I have now somewhat lost the overview... why is the house so elongated now? Can't you work better with an angle here?

Yes, exactly, definitely not the final version but we are slowly getting closer. Somewhere it is always a matter of personal taste anyway. Yes, garage utility room is also still in planning. But first, we want to roughly know the dimensions of the technology. Yes, exactly Immo about 156. Once the concept is finalized, we will adjust the size of the rooms if the budget allows :)

So you like the access to the kitchen better before hmm :D oh dear. I think there is still a lot of work to do ;)

According to the architect, the path of the water is not the problem but I will bring it up again!

That's the problem with floor plans ... suddenly you like a corner and then it's hard to build the rest around it

.. it was supposed to be the New England style.

Yes.. haha... I still had that in mind! But was there a plot of land? The house feels like it's getting longer and narrower...
Bathroom in the southwest..

Hey, I have to agree, of course, that the house is more long than wide. But that’s also the nature of the plot. We have dimensions of about 36x20m there. To the south lies the access road. The southern view is also not that great, but the northern one all the more so. To the north borders a field and a piece of forest. Neighbors are each to the east and west. That’s also why the north side is rather the appealing one for the 2nd window front. I didn’t want to miss that. About the Winkelbungalow. I have the feeling that an angle with our ideas and the nature of the plot is not that possible. But I’m happy to be proven wrong. Maybe someone has the decisive idea and a bit of time to digitize this idea. I tried to change a bit on the old draft again. I also think that the garage and utility room etc. will shrink a bit and the complex will lose a bit of length that way. We didn’t want to give up the veranda, also for that reason the house has to be a bit more elongated, otherwise it simply doesn’t look good. I think when the architect is done it will look completely different ^^ Take another look, I think it will be one of my last attempts. I’m slowly running out of ideas. We will then rely entirely on the professional!

Still, I thank you like crazy :)
