It won't get better... far too convoluted, you are going around in circles! I would plan the building in an H-shape. You have the entrance area with a veranda, I would put the same in the garden area, so a veranda in the current living area as well. Then you might have more options for room planning. I simply don't understand why you place the roofing in that stupid corner, as well as put the master bathroom as a trapped room in the south? corner. The kitchen is a good starting point, so I can well imagine if the counter starts right at the front by the door and then slightly enlarging the passage at the utility room. You don't need the passage by the fireplace. Then you also have a visually protected kitchen corner (there by the fireplace). Regards Yvonne

Hm... I see that it is not very effective. Apparently, I am unfortunately unable to manage it satisfactorily. I have not yet discovered the trick on how to plan a similarly sized bungalow without compartmentalization. Even after several days of research on the internet, I can hardly find other solutions. I also do not understand the problem with placing the parents' bathroom in the corner. That is why there are 3 bathrooms so that it is simply not accessible to everyone. I will try to plan differently again but believe that the above-mentioned floor plan is the last publicly posted one. Somehow, I have lost interest. Still, thank you.

And that's why there are people who study that for a few years and have a few years of professional experience. They are commissioned in such a case and paid for being able to do it. :-)

Yes, that's true. But it was worth a try :)

... that is not easy at all. It is always easier to identify inconsistencies, mistakes, etc. What is your architect actually doing? I would really find it a shame not to see the further development. I just put up some walls for the private area. However, I have also grown a bit bigger. Actually, I don't like the bathroom in the top left corner very much either; it could also become more complicated in execution due to the toilet drain. Nevertheless, just as a sketch.
