Will insulation be added on the outside? ... but, I’m not very familiar with that either.

What immediately caught my eye is the door area between the child/children’s bathroom. The total width there is 190 cm and is supposed to include a partition wall and 2 room doors. That will be tight or will result in quite narrow doors.

And then there’s the kitchen access ... the way you have positioned the armchairs etc. as an example now, it will be quite a slalom run into the kitchen.

Yes, the private area still needs to be put into buildable dimensions. That can certainly be improved. That is the job of the architect. I think that will still change! The slalom is correct. As you said, I only added [BeispielHaft] to get a feel for the space :). But thanks for the hint. How do you all find the solution for the entrance area? I have to see if it is feasible with the size and does not feel too cramped. I will still test that.

Regarding insulation, I am asking again for safety as I said. But with the facade, it is about 27 cm as far as I know. That is the good thing about this construction method! But check it again.

I think that this is still not the final version ;) .. not only the access to the kitchen is tight due to the furnishings .. basically, I would always find it better if the kitchen/dining area are more public and the pure living space more secluded.

Then, where do bicycles etc. go? One would have to rethink the arrangement of the garage, utility room, etc.

The dressing room with its 6.5 sqm and only about 400 cm of possible wardrobe space is also not really effective yet.

If I have roughly calculated it correctly, that is now just under 150 sqm of living space plus garage and heating room - right?
