So: first of all, your house planning does not work like that. Walls and well-functioning rooms are missing. That makes the whole hut larger in area than indicated. And most of the remaining area is then distributed to the east, south, and west of the setback area. Then there is not much left for the garden.

If your western neighbor also has the house in the south, then I would do it that way.
