Placement on the property

Thank you, I already thought so. What does the development plan say about floor area ratio, site occupancy index, number of floors, roof pitch, roof type, etc.? I don't think a bungalow on such a small plot is optimal.

Plot size approx. 18x28 m, 483 sqm.

In the north you have exactly the street, how much traffic is there? Possibly rather terrace and garden in the south?

Too small for a bungalow, especially with this orientation and location.

The street is very quiet, hardly any traffic.... And well, the view is great. If the terrace and garden face south, then I look out onto the new development area
