Well ... your carport shouldn't block windows of planned rooms, so the floor plan and carport placement are very directly dependent on each other. And, it makes little sense to start from floor plans that don't work.

Maybe they are right. I will finish it with interior finishing, window planning, and get back to you. Can the post be closed?

Thanks, I already thought so.

What does the development plan say about floor area ratio, site coverage ratio, number of floors, roof pitch, roof type, etc.? I don't find a bungalow on the small plot optimal.
