That's exciting, a sudden autumn shadow appears out of nowhere, and all [Nummer bitte hier eintragen, man kommt mit dem Zählen leider kaum nach] previous drafts are useless.
What does your alleged planning office, which is not authorized to submit proposals, say about that?

Regarding the approach: Not worth discussing, may possibly already fail due to legal requirements, otherwise later.

Planning office has not yet been commissioned because soil samples have not yet been taken (we need to follow up on that - he had actually promised this week). The ideas before that also went in the direction of narrow building bodies. What do you mean by not entitled to submit? Is the approach bad or only because of the 2/3? Ridge height etc. are not specified. And it is the 2/3. Lower Saxony measures clear room height. I don’t understand why always so hostile. Best regards.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but why should the terrace be 16 m from the south? Our neighbor's house is 5 m away, but thanks to our south-facing windows, we always have sunlight shining through the windows.

Even now, 2:52 pm on 09.11. However, the ground in front of the windows (outside) is already shady (I just checked). Although in winter, people tend to sit less on the terrace...

Don't ask me why it is like that - there is a shadow on the ground, at 2:30 PM even at eye level. Maybe the house is particularly tall, blocking the sun there - elevated Swedish house (they probably miscalculated the basement and raised the house by a meter) with an attic and a steep roof with a dormer - so one and a half stories.

And what do you want to do with the terrace during the dark season? I don't think a plan should depend solely on "the" terrace. Nowadays, the trend is already towards a third terrace. Windows should be planned according to the rooms everywhere (I think we had that topic with you regarding the west window). Also, one should not forget that a garden can be divided into individual areas and this is also necessary: you need a place not visible for laundry, a hiding place for compost and such, etc.

You won't get around the shade you measured there. At what time was it 16 meters long?

Quick response on the go

At 11:50, at 14:30, and at 15:10 - then he walked obediently... when the Sweden house no longer cast shadows, the outbuilding of the diagonal neighbor started. At 10:50 the entire property was nicely sunny - at 15:40 the sun was gone.
The spot where the conservatory is now is actually always sunny (when the sun shines). The house would be about 7 m wide, setback from the boundary 3 m, leaving another 3 m that are not shaded.
The floor plan otherwise bad?
Thanks and best regards.
