Maybe once again what we currently like and what we don’t (critical review):

Good:
Living room is great and very bright and definitely big enough
Bathroom upstairs is definitely big enough and also pleasing in its layout
Children’s rooms are friendly and adequately sized (the children love it, even though they were critical before)

Neutral:
Space for the dining table is sufficient for 10; it couldn’t have been much smaller though
Hot water takes a while, but not as bad as feared
Ventilation system switches off quickly, but you can hear it if you concentrate on it
Utility room is not spacious, but okay

Not so good:
Heating vibrates and with the bedroom door open you can hear a very quiet humming
Due to the tiles upstairs, you can hear footstep noise when the children play around
Bathroom sounds - especially opening the faucet and the toilet lid slamming can be heard quietly downstairs; the drywall upstairs stands directly on the filigree ceiling

We are currently considering whether to use the sports room as a bedroom.

Even if it sounds silly: I would have done it anyway - sleeping on the ground floor level is not really great. It's nice for old age (and then only if you have to - but there is also the stairlift), but I would always use the ground floor for the "living" area.

Didn’t you set up the heat pump decoupled?

Gladly also comments and criticism. We can now even validate or refute them.
Clearly, it is decoupled; but the compressor is a loud one. It's not that bad; I'm just very sensitive or have good ears. 42 dB according to the datasheet, less door obviously leaves more than 0.

Are all the furniture already in place? In the empty house, you can hear a bit more. What does "Warmwasser dauert" mean? How have you set the recirculation pump? There are also two things that annoy me: the toilet flush from viega is very loud. In the stairwell, the air is noticeable when cooking.

No circulation pump (intentionally). Therefore it takes a bit longer, but less than feared/thought. Nope, kitchen is still missing, some furniture as well - two rooms are still empty except for one wardrobe.
