In the parents' area, I sleep - nothing more - 3.7 m * 3.7 m is absolutely sufficient there and the room offers space for a 3.7 m wardrobe - besides, it should be on the ground floor because of the ceiling height. There is a bathtub on the upper floor - unfortunately, it is hidden under the unfortunate representation of the roof window. We don't need the LEGO room as it is, that is correct. A smaller design would be desirable, but it conflicts with the room program on the ground floor (at least with a classic gable roof). I am curious about what the planning office will come up with - maybe there will be completely different ideas.

I liked the first and the second draft best.

Revit and yes, it is possible. The program is very expensive though - as a student you get it for free as a student version.
