And, even if the conservatory is sunny now, what speaks against the previous version? The living room was still roughly there, wasn't it?

It is currently about 5 to 6 weeks before the absolute solar low point in our latitudes. Here with me, the sun disappears behind the next hill around 3 to 3:30 PM. In summer, I still have the last rays of sunshine on my terrace at 7 PM before it disappears behind the hill.

What I don't like at all about the current version is that you get no eastern sun in the rooms. Please also add the position of this neighboring house.

You change something like that with your own planting and some distance from the property boundary.

I don’t know whether a conservatory in full sun is really sensible.

I also like sun - but in today’s houses, the heat created by the sun cannot escape - it accumulates extremely. Building a conservatory only with shading, which is then used almost always in summer to avoid having a sauna in the house... I don’t know...

I no longer see a loose construction style with your house pushed into the corner.
Just as others plan as many square meters as possible for living space and forget about the rest and plan cheaply, so you treat the property.

Regards, Yvonne

Thanks again to everyone for the feedback. Planning office commissioned waiting for confirmation. Finally, once again the last object drawn by me. This time, as an alternative to the extension buildings, a "normal" gable roof house - hopefully a bit more relaxed

Master bedroom on the ground floor, okay, but no private bathroom? So to shower or brush my teeth I first have to go upstairs? Oh no, I just saw there is a shower in it. But then that is also your guest toilet? Hmm. To each their own.

You can probably get more out of the attic. A 7sqm main bathroom in your own house would be too small for me.

Your guest room is actually bigger than your own bedroom? And the bathroom as well! That is absolute nonsense! Why don't you put the guest room on the ground floor and use the space on the upper floor for a proper bedroom. In the current design, you don't even have space for a decent wardrobe. Don't waste any space on a Lego room! Put children's room 3 there and combine guest room "old" and child 3 "old" into a proper parent area (sleeping, dressing, parent bathroom).

No bathtub in the whole house? Even if you are not a bath person, you should at least have a bathtub in the house for "emergencies." We are not bath people either, but we have at least planned a small tub in our bathroom – also for the sake of the children. Do you really need a Lego room? Can't you combine the Lego and guest rooms?
