If it is supposed to be an escape route, he could have also fenced off his property back there at the corner with a gate, see the green line, blue is a regular fence (click on the picture once, then you can see it)

Thank you for the hint. But that is not possible, because the hatched area is already another property.

It does not seem to be an approvable plan overall. The escape route is an absolute joke at that point. Apart from that, the gate is also useless. If there really is a fire, you can get grandma over the fence like that anyway.

But it all belongs together - doesn't it? Because this other property doesn't have a separate emergency exit - does it?

When I see this picture, the green line from the floor plan view should be somewhere on the right (click it again ;) ). EDIT: Image upload is not working right now.

The dashed one below has its door directly onto the path, next to St13 (you can see it in the photo).

For me there are 2 possibilities here:
1) The doors are for some reason an emergency exit, then your parking space is not allowed to be there (which you could block at any time with an X7 SUV, even if you could only get out through the tailgate). Demand from the developer --> buy back the parking space
2) The door is there because the developer promised/sold it to the neighbor as garden access. Then the neighbor is illegally using your parking space (you probably have special usage rights there, right) and you can demand that the door be removed. How the developer then deals with the neighbor is his problem ...

Somehow the developer has really fooled at least one neighbor here (my personal opinion).

Maybe equip your parking space (SNR) with a fence (or at first a heavy planter / decorative stone) directly in front of the door. Let’s see who complains then ...

I still don't understand what is supposedly awkward about backing in now and where the space problem is. My garage is significantly narrower.
