Just to clarify again: You can only get out of the car if the door hinge on the left is "in front of" the house wall; if you drive fully into the parking space, the driver's door on the left will no longer open. You must therefore exit when the left side mirror is at the height of the house wall. The car is a Mercedes A-Class and the mirrors are not foldable. The emergency exit through the gate can only be used if there is no car in the parking space; otherwise, there is about 12-15 cm of space on each side, which is not passable. Planning and sale of the houses by the same developer. A joke!

Drive onto it backwards.

What exactly is the goal now? To be right? Another parking space? Reversal/reduction? Gate removed?

Why exactly can't you park backwards very close to the fence/gate? You can still get out easily on the driver's side then. Your A-Class is (probably without mirrors) 1719mm wide and the parking space is 2.53m. The door opens easily, even if the rain gutter should be in the way of the door. Sure, if you park by the wall, that doesn't work, but why should you do that?

Because he (for whatever reason) avoids conflict with the neighbor and wants to nicely leave space for the little door ... [das war jetzt provokant, ja, aber ohne Konflikt wird der Fall nicht zu lösen sein]

The little gate belongs to the house with its own parcel number, correct?

If this parcel number does not have a right of way for your parcel number (ask your own administration), then no one is officially allowed to just go through there. Just hang a thick bike lock on your side of the fence and tell the owner of the respective apartment as well as the foreign administration that there is no right of way for your special usage rights and that they must refrain from doing so. Let them please explain why and for what reason they think they have such a right...

Answer:
If I reverse into the parking space, I have to get out on the side of the fence, how is that supposed to work.
The A-Class has mirrors 2022 see photo
So there is only about 42 cm space left to open the driver's door, that's a fact.
So as I said, I have to get out "in front of" the house wall, otherwise it doesn't work. I am open to other suggestions.
Fact:
The parking space does not even remotely meet the standard.

The little gate belongs to the house with its own plot number, correct?

If this plot number does not have a right of way for your plot number (ask your own administration) no one is officially allowed to just go through there.

Answer:

Yes, own plot number and same developer
I informed the developer about no right of way
Thank you
