Getting in and out on both sides is tight. For a driver's door, it will always be sufficient with a normal car / SUV. The passenger side is simply parked close to the edge. I understand that the pipe is annoying, but I cannot see that its use no longer works for usual vehicles. With my everyday car, which is preferably bought by "fat old men" or leased as a company car by "dynamic managers," there is the feature to get out before parking and handle the rest with the remote key. Maybe that's also a solution if the pipe cannot be relocated and it shouldn't be a narrow car.

Thanks for the very detailed answer5. A TOP. But: "Getting in and out on both sides is tight" no not tight but impossible." "Is there a feature to get out before parking and do the rest with the remote key?" I don't know that, does the car drive itself into the parking space?" Probably I am having a thinking error. :):)

yes, the parking space number but no size, that's why I'm looking for a regulation

Very annoying!

I know what the newer cars have all got on board, but parking with the remote key while I watch as the driver from the outside is new to me.

Hand on heart: that would also be impossible with 2.50. This is also hardly possible with a 3-meter-wide garage and a standard mid-size car.
I also don't consider relocating the downspout to be that easy, after all, you would have to relocate the connection to the drainage etc.
I would make the suggestion: reverse parking :)

I would like to make the suggestion: reverse parking

That would also not be possible, because the rear neighbor has the exhaust gases in his garden and one would have to get out on the side of the fences, which is not possible at all.
Suggestion not feasible.
There must be a legal regulation or an ordinance and I am looking for it. Thank you for the help so far. Please keep it up.

If you don't see an organizational solution - namely driving in the parking lot differently, there is a communicative one, addressing the problem with the owners / an owners' meeting - a legal information can help you with this, but enforcing it against the resistance of an owners' association I would find not very intelligent due to the ratio of problem to the risk of a shattered relationship with the community. Normally, such small matters can be resolved well through dialogue, if not everyone is too stubborn.
