What about the Immoscout ID 12044310? You just need to increase the budget for the land a bit ;) But it is nice and big.

Yes, especially seeing a psychologist is a good tip. I am a professional and would also recommend that. :p

Guys, what is wrong with you? If you can't take the matter seriously, just want to make fun of it, or if it’s only about your moral self-exaltation, then just simply avoid this post.

Time will tell what is true about this matter. In any case, I wish you much success and hope for extensive documentation here in the forum.

Not necessarily for a construction loan, because the property itself must be sellable in case of doubt. As a regular bank loan - why not. If you assume that the 150k readily available equity also represents the entire assets, I agree with you. Sometimes it’s not worth selling shares and you just have to make do with the liquid assets. Just try to think a bit bigger. 800 sqm of living space is not the end of the world. For example, a generous guest area, a ballroom, and a matching kitchen are enough. You can also use up space very quickly if you "adequately" display art... There really are no limits to the imagination. If it’s about representation in a second home, I’d rather tend to buy a small castle and bring it up to standard. Most of what we have, no one really needs. Explaining one’s own luxury as understandable and something that goes far beyond as unimaginable is very strange. I’m interested in the project as soon as it becomes more concrete.

Hey, I am in the Wetteraukreis. Which area did you have in mind? I would also visit your construction site when it starts.

Would buy an old castle or manor house. I don’t think there is such a large plot with the corresponding development plan.
