Since we have apparently mostly decided to take the question at least hypothetically seriously, I want to add to my contribution: It has already been mentioned several times that an object above a certain size and other parameters could lie like lead even on the shelf of a luxury broker if you have to or want to sell it once. This object would be the opposite of a quick mover and might have to be offered for sale for so long that it only finds a buyer in the next downturn when advertised during the boom. This burdens the sales result in two ways: through the loss of value and with the duration of financing the waiting for the sale to be completed. Besides, a large object—as long as it is above ground—is only weakly camouflaged by mere walled enclosure and always a security risk, insofar as it easily comes into the focus of attention of professional XY-unsolved actors. I would therefore suggest sizing the complex more discreetly: modeled on the example of the children's wing of , I would set up the casino as a separate unit; and split the vehicle collection: four, maximum five spots by the house. I have always enjoyed combining the swapping of vehicles with a small drive. Back then, it was even possible to register the vehicles at the garage location; that also increases security.
If you read a bit in the financing section here, you quickly realize that EVERY figure mentioned is wrong and THERE IS ALWAYS someone saying that nothing is possible for so little money (often with good reason, but it is said always). In this respect, I would always state my fortune in the unit "fantastillions" and without mentioning the currency ;-) And I would generally never invest above-average construction money in quantity. Secondly, I would not settle for a hundred square meters in Ticino just because I would have indulged in all thousands in the Taunus (load balancing also works when enjoying); and first of all, I’d rather have Gail in the guest bathroom and staff in the storage room than waste the money in sheer size. That much tax could not save—that I repeatedly doubt, by the way—by building a strong overdose of square meters.
Quite seriously, if I were a lawyer (apparently insolvency, banking, or patent law according to the description), I would just ask a colleague specializing in divorce law at the lawyers’ regulars’ table where you can soon grab a lavish place cheaply. I wouldn’t go to any forum for that—that kind of business is done in the sauna club, at hole nineteen, or while hunting.
What surprises me most is the discrepancy between the wishes for the house and the budget.

But seriously, with such a dream income and all the social contacts through the current lifestyle and work in your own law firm, it can’t be that hard to find top brokers as well as top architects and arrange appointments with them and discuss a course of action?
