Our floor plan - Your opinion

Hello, I would be interested in your opinion about our floor plan. Maybe I can still incorporate one or two ideas since it is only a draft for now. The north side would be in the back left corner of the living room, in case anyone was wondering. The floor plan was basically given roughly by us, the architect then did the finishing touches. I still have a few small changes, for example the garage door should be half a meter wider. Maybe one or the other can share their opinion sometime.

I quite like it - the dressing room wouldn't be my thing and the wardrobe is a bit cramped. How big is the whole piece overall?

Without further information difficult. Also, I am skeptical of such statements "Our specifications, architect refines." A good architect should first plan creatively. That's what you get one for.

What I notice:

[*]I am not a fan of such small windows. At least in the kitchen, I would reconsider that; it would certainly be better at countertop height. Otherwise, you will almost need a ladder if you want to reach the handle there. (this side also seems to be planned for kitchen furniture)
[*]I would rotate the door to the guest toilet
[*]Upstairs you have quite a lot of hallway-staircase area. At the price per square meter almost a luxury

[*]prefer a window in the walk-in closet [*]move the children's room doors slightly towards the stairs and install a storage room between the rooms. You really don't have that much storage space now. [*]have the children's room door and guest WC door swing differently

Very much traffic area, I would omit the partition wall in the living room

I would swap the kitchen and living area. Living in the north... hmm.. But the decisive point is: this way the kitchen would be closer to the utility room. As it is now, you have to walk through the entire ground floor to get something.

If the back left is north, then the children's rooms face NE, and the bedroom faces SE. Do you really find that sensible? I would do it exactly the other way around.
The office is closer to the bathroom than the children's rooms. Also not ideal...
Overall, I don't like the layout of the upper floor with this long corridor at all, it can be done better. Did the architect make no suggestions for this?
A walk-in closet without a window would be a no-go for me.

Overall, I would make the windows bigger; they are such small hatches. That is also the reason why the exterior view doesn’t exactly blow me away. But that's certainly a matter of taste.

I think a TV wall is a good idea if you can also use the back side; here it looks more like an attempt but not necessarily well done.

I think you still have potential for improvements...
