And then comes the second look, and of course things like door positions, window positions, possibilities to furnish a room, etc. belong to that. Because often it is the case that this is no longer taken precisely enough, and later you stand in your large or, in many cases, much smaller rooms and realize that you can't really get started with proper furnishing.

I think many have by now pretty much had enough of supporting someone seeking help/advice/opinion here in the forum, making an effort to provide helpful, sometimes lengthy, posts only to then learn additionally important things in the post after next.

Sometimes when reading a thread I think: The users here usually have almost nothing! from their work! For the creator, such a thread can turn their whole house around, in their favor! For that, one should still invest those few minutes.
Normally it should be in one's own interest to provide as much information as possible, for that there are also the pinned posts.

To make it short: For a young family, the floor plan would certainly be one of the better ones here. For a *retirement residence* the people here rightly see that differently. By the way, that would have been told to you as of #2.
