Hey guys!
I have been reading through the forum the past few days and have to say one thing upfront:
After comparing the prices and land costs, I am very glad to live in a very rural area!
We are building a bungalow with 111 sqm of living space.
36.5 cm Ytong stones without insulation and without ventilation.
Own floor plan - planning and execution by a contracting company that built the shell and awards and coordinates the other trades.
Plot (630 sqm): €19,000
Broker + property transfer tax: €2,150
Administrative costs: €1,640
House price: €166,767
Additional construction costs: €18,000
Interior finishing: €12,000
Kitchen: €7,900
Outdoor facilities: €9,000
Additional furniture: €5,200
Totally: €242,000
I especially want to encourage those planning to build in rural areas that you can also build "affordably"! We are doing the interior finishing (floor coverings, walls, and sanitary) ourselves and save a lot of money this way. We were also lucky to have found a building gap and not have to move into a new development area.
Our architecture is very simple - no extras! Instead, we place value on quality (Schüco windows, Viessmann heating, etc.) where it makes sense.
Would like to hear your opinion on our overview and hope I can encourage some doubters.
