Words are patient... If a construction company deliberately badmouths competitors to win customers, I would have become suspicious as a potential customer. And prefabricated house companies are not all the same. There are certainly quality differences, but you can't paint them all with the same brush. None of the prefabricated house providers from our closer selection had no-name heating systems.

Without details, there is no point in comparing the price. Our house was also available from 149,500. Plaster included, but standard plaster. The better one for the exterior costs more; the cheap gypsum plaster we also have inside and we regret it because it is soft. The minimal standard for sockets (everything included) is nowhere near enough. The outside water tap (in the all-inclusive package) might be sufficient for someone. For our plot, we need two of them. That makes a build more expensive. We eventually ended up at 200,000. Basically, a house with the all-inclusive standard, but with controlled residential ventilation, underfloor heating, KfW70, etc., it just costs that much. And we’re not talking about golden water taps or KNX. You don’t have to have everything, but many chargeable details can make life much easier. Yes, it can be cheap... I’m also an advocate of inexpensive building when the higher standard is neither known nor desired. But when I think, for example, of your outdoor facilities, I see again many costs that have to be added into this construction project.

I wouldn't exactly call it badmouthing. They just wanted to clearly highlight the qualitative differences as well as the different philosophy. I know that not everyone is the same. But especially when it comes to our offers, unfortunately none have exactly brought honor upon themselves. Although I have to say that this also heavily depends on the salespeople. Particularly extraordinary is again very subjective. The €12,000 also includes wall paint, flooring, accessories, and small items. It's not purely sanitary. But I can already see - I was wrong and probably didn't read enough in the forum. Apparently, many are building in the same price categories, and maybe I just noticed the very expensive ones. They might stand out a bit more.

We even went below the standard number of sockets because we don't need them. But we are also very minimalist and often think differently than others. We also don't need a TV in every room (as offered). Cheap is not the same as good value. But okay...I see that. The whole thing is a very difficult topic and finding common ground is almost impossible. Especially if you are not a building expert and don't know every detail. Or simply sometimes don't presume to know everything and be almost like a professional. In the end, everyone has to be happy in their house. For me, quality and durability are important. Not the number of sockets or the latest smart home system.

No shutter will fail to retaliate at the latest on the first 30-degree days when the sun blazes through the windows.

What happens to the holes under the house? Will they remain open or will the terrain be filled up to this height?

It looks pretty. Once everything is finished... Maybe you'd also like to post some new photos then? We have created a thread with house photos
