But both directions... on the one hand some here claim that it is reprehensible to build expensively and on the other hand others immediately suspect junk in cheap buildings-

Yes, I also don't think it's great that people immediately assume you're building rubbish just because you're building cheaper. We don't build any frills and willingly forgo many things that are a must for others. 111sqm of work and keeping it clean is enough for us. We have been debt-free for 12 years and that reassures me a lot. I really don't like having debt and it doesn't bother me nearly as little as it does many others. Psychologically, you can totally understand that. You hear that someone built cheaper and maybe get annoyed, and then immediately comes the "then he's just building rubbish" so you don't feel so bad yourself. I certainly did not want to achieve that with this topic. Anyway... unfortunately, it's like everywhere in Facebook groups or forums. There are always some naysayers because apparently they are dissatisfied themselves or annoyed about mistakes made. From now on, I'll just be a silent reader again. Otherwise, I only get unnecessarily upset.

Who said that you are building junk? So far, nothing here has been criticized... we would be happy to have more information about your build...

Due to my profession, I know all the new development areas within a 100 km radius. For example, the closer I get to Regensburg (Siemens BMW), the crazier the whole thing becomes. Roof shapes, bay windows, landscaping, double garages. Everything is excessive in my development area, no one has controlled residential ventilation or KNX. But everything is solid.
