Hello, I gave it a try but (unfortunately) didn’t come to any reasonable result. However, I have to say that I only just noticed the orientation of the house. That means: children's rooms should not be built facing north, for them sunlight in the room is more important than the location of the master bedroom. So that brings us back to the original floor plan. If you realize that the dressing room here barely has 70cm between the wardrobes, and from experience a bedroom with 12 sqm should be sufficient, you very quickly reach your limits here due to the staircase location - somehow the hallway always resembles a snail’s path or you end up with trapped rooms, because west of the stairs there is far too much space. You can see this well in the original floor plan with the second parallel corridor of the master section, which wastes sqm that could be well used by the two children's rooms. The chimney in the hallway is also not exactly a masterpiece... In this respect, I would move the staircase at least 50cm to the west overall, which would positively balance the space available both downstairs and upstairs. Since I personally find a grid and dimensions missing in the drawings, it’s difficult to reconstruct the house. That’s why I will not redraw the house now. I think that’s not necessary anyway since you have an architect - you explain your new findings to him and he will redo it! From the floor space perspective, I see no problems: WC not too small, utility room downstairs can be larger because of the utility room upstairs, toilet in front of the bathroom with a separate door... That will work.
